CELEBRATING WHOLENESS - WOMENS EMBODIMENT CIRCLE
Join us on Sunday, April 13th, between 6-8pm, for a nourishing evening of connection, movement and celebration.
In this circle, we’ll gather to celebrate wholeness—welcoming the full range of our emotions to co-exist alongside our joy.
This is not a space for toxic positivity. It is a space for intentional joy—a place to honour what uplifts us, moves us, and brings lightness into our lives. Through guided movement, sharing, and journaling, we’ll explore aliveness—what it means to embrace life with open arms and an open heart, in tandem with pain, grief, and everything in between.
✨ Bring your celebrations—big or small.
This is an opportunity to be in connection with other women, reawaken your spark, and celebrate yourself—just as you are.
What will happen?
🌟 Embodiment Practice – A 20-minute guided movement journey to tune into your body.
💃 Sometimes, if the moment calls for it, we may stand up and have a little dance.
💞 Sharing Circle – A space to reflect, celebrate, and be witnessed.
📝 Guided Journaling – Deepen your connection to yourself with an intentional writing practice. The journalling prompts will help us explore our relationships with joy, play, pleasure & celebration.
No prior experience is needed—just come as you are, with curiosity and an open heart.
✨ Reserve Your Spot Today – Spaces are limited to keep the group intimate and connected.
In Circle, all of you is welcome. This is a space to let go, express freely, and celebrate the beauty of being fully alive.
What is Circle?
For as long as humans have gathered, we’ve sat in circles—around fires, under the stars, and in sacred spaces. Circles have always been where we come together to share stories, make decisions, and honor the transitions of life.
Rooted in Indigenous traditions, circles remind us of something essential we’ve forgotten: we are meant to listen deeply, to be seen fully, and to move through life together. These spaces dissolve hierarchy, bringing us into connection where every voice matters, and being is enough.
Today, circles offer a balm for our modern lives. They are places of belonging, reflection, and remembrance—a chance to reconnect with ourselves, each other, and the threads that weave us into something greater.
In Circle, the world quiets. You are invited to come as you are—to let your shoulders drop, breathe a little deeper, and allow what you’ve been holding to exhale.
Here, you can be witnessed without explaining and listen without fixing. Circles are spaces where we remember what it means to belong—to ourselves, to one another, and to the larger web of life.
There’s no striving here. No goals to meet or answers to find. Just the unfolding of our shared humanity.
Through sharing, movement, and stillness, we meet what is alive within us. Each Circle is unique, co-created by those who gather.
This is your invitation to soften, to listen, and to be held. Bring your curiosity and your whole self. Together, we’ll create the magic.
Why Embodiment?
We live in a world that asks us to keep up, to move faster, to do more. It’s easy to lose touch with the wisdom of our bodies—to become numb, tense, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve us.
Embodiment invites us back into relationship with ourselves. It’s not about fixing or changing; it’s about listening, allowing, and rediscovering the aliveness that’s always been there.
Through gentle practices, we’ll explore what’s present in your body—inviting it to move, express, and transform. As you release old patterns, new possibilities arise: freedom, connection, pleasure, and joy.
This is not about becoming someone different; it’s about returning to the essence of who you already are—the truest, most radiant version of yourself.
In Circle, all of you is welcome. There’s no need to perform or hold back. With thoughtful guidance and carefully curated music, you’ll step into a space where your unfolding is supported, witnessed, and celebrated.

FAQs
What is an Embodiment Circle?
An Embodiment Circle is a nurturing online gathering designed to help participants reconnect with their bodies, share authentically, and witness others in a supportive, non-judgmental space.
What happens during the Circle?
Each session typically includes:
A grounding drop-in meditation
A guided embodiment practice (varies between 10-25 minutes)
Time to share and witness each other
Closing the circle with reflection and aftercare suggestions
Sometimes, but not always we may take time for journalling, poetry readings or even a dance party. Each Circle asks for different things.
What are the shared agreements in the circle?
All the Circles spaces I offer operate on the following principles:
Confidentiality: What’s shared in the circle stays in the circle.
Witnessing, Not Responding: We listen deeply and refrain from offering advice or comments.
Choice: Sharing is always optional, and there are no expectations.
Pause: We welcome moments of silence for reflection and presence.
Self-Care: You agree to take care of your needs before, during, and after the circle.
Can I keep my camera off?
I invite you to show up fully—cameras on. This helps foster connection, but it’s perfectly fine to turn it off during the movement practice if that feels more comfortable for you.
What if I can’t find privacy?
One of the essential components of Circle is privacy. You will get the best out of Circle if you are in a space where you feel comfortable speaking and participating. Therefore if this isn’t possible, it may be better that you book a different date, when you are able to be in a private space. The presence of young children is okay if they won’t disrupt your focus or the group’s experience.
What should I prepare for the Circle?
To fully enjoy the experience:
Find a private space: Ensure you can move and speak freely without interruptions.
Create a cozy atmosphere: Light a candle, use incense, or bring any items that make you feel comfortable.
Take care of the tech: Silence your phone, and make sure your device is charged.
Arrange your space to support movement : The embodiment practice will require a little floor space, so have ready whatever helps you feel comfortable, like a yoga mat, blanket or cushions. You can remain seated if you prefer—there’s no “right” way to do embodiment. Move as much or as little as feels good to you.
Little details: You might want a pen and paper on hand for any reflections, though this isn’t required unless specifically stated. Feel free to have a drink nearby to nourish yourself during our time together.
When should I join the circle? Can I arrive late ?
The virtual doors open 5 minutes before the start time to allow everyone to settle in. Please aim to join early, as the circle begins promptly, and late arrivals after 10 minutes will not be admitted to maintain the integrity of the space.
What if I can’t attend and I’ve already booked?
If you cancel at least 48 hours prior, you will receive a full refund. If it is less than 48 hours, you may transfer your booking to the next available online circle, however please let me know at least 2 hours before the circle commences as this will give me the opportunity to offer your space to someone else who may like to join . If you simply don’t turn up without letting me know, you will not be eligible for a refund or to transfer your space.
How do I join ?
You’ll receive a Zoom link and access details in advance. Make sure your device is ready, and join with your microphone muted. The meeting details will also be sent as a reminder before the session.
Is this a therapeutic or coaching session?
The circle is a supportive community gathering, not therapy or coaching. It’s a space for authentic connection, embodiment, and shared reflection.
What if I have an injury, or a health issue and I cannot move freely?
The embodiment practice is an invitation to listen deeply to your body and allow it to guide you. There’s no right or wrong way to participate—whether you choose to stay seated, stand, or move gently, it’s about honoring what feels nourishing and supportive for you in this moment.
Will the Circle be recorded?
The circle will not be recorded to honor the privacy and confidentiality of everyone attending. This creates a safe, supportive space where you can share openly, knowing that your words and experiences will remain within the group.
Can I bring a friend?
This circle is a space for you to drop into your own experience and connect deeply with yourself and the group. While it may feel comforting to bring a friend, it can sometimes create subtle barriers to fully expressing yourself. By attending solo, you give yourself the gift of complete freedom to share and be witnessed without any filters or expectations.
Are your Circles inclusive?
The spaces I hold are for all women and those who identify as women, inclusive of cisgender, transgender, and non-binary individuals who feel aligned with this space. If you are not comfortable with that, this may not be the space for you.
Who is behind this?
Hi, I’m Maria.
I’m an Embodiment Coach and Circle Facilitator, and my heart is in creating spaces where people can show up fully as themselves. For much of my life, I didn’t trust women. I told myself I didn’t need anyone, wearing my independence like a badge of honor. But as I’ve grown older, I’ve come to see that this distance was hiding a deeper longing—a yearning for connection, sisterhood, and a sense of belonging that can only come when we let our guards down.
Sitting in Circle with other women has been a profound and unexpected gift. These are spaces unlike any other—where vulnerability is celebrated, where your voice matters, and where your silence is just as powerful. In a world that often pushes us to fix or perform, Circle offers something rare: a chance to simply be. It’s a place where you can share your truth, no matter how messy or tender, and know it will be held without judgment or interruption.
There’s a magic that happens in these spaces. It’s in the quiet moments of deep listening, in the courage of someone sharing their story, and in the connection we feel when we realize we’re not alone. Sometimes, simply giving voice to our struggles helps us release them. Other times, hearing someone else’s truth can open a door within us we didn’t even know was closed.
I’ve come to believe that Circle is more than just a gathering—it’s a way of remembering who we are. It’s a space where we don’t have to hide, where we can explore our dreams, fears, and desires with honesty and grace. It’s where we learn that our authenticity isn’t just enough—it’s a gift.
This is why I do this work. Not because it’s always easy, but because it’s real. And in a world that so often feels fragmented, these spaces remind us of what it means to be whole. I can’t wait to share this with you.

Maria’s Joyful Mornings were such a beautiful way to start my day. The sessions brought a sense of reflection, joy, and gratitude that stayed with me long after they ended. I especially valued the enquiry questions—they encouraged me to pause, ponder, and truly appreciate the love and support of my friends, family, and of myself. Thank you, Maria, for creating such a meaningful and uplifting space. I would absolutely sign up again and look forward to your next sessions!

I am so grateful I had the opportunity to participate at Maria's "Circles of joy". Every morning I enjoyed such a wonderful enriching experience, waking up and feeling the connection with other women in a very safe place, dropping into our bodies together thanks to Maria's gentle guidance... just breathing, giving our body the freedom to move in any way it wants, feeling that present moment.. and focusing our mind on a short self-reflection. It left me with such a positive energy to share with others as I was "dancing" through my day!
